More Greg Hill artwork off to the other side of the world today. Pictured here is Ruth and Ken Moxon from Wellington in New Zealand. This lovely couple are clutching two mixed media original pieces which are destined to hang in their daughters houses. We hope they enjoy them.

St Ives town and businesses are busy gearing up for this year's September Festival.

A two-week celebration of Music and the Arts 13th - 27th September in St Ives Cornwall.

The first Festival, which ran from 14th to 24th September 1978 was already ambitious in its scope and covered folk music, dance, fine arts, chamber music, poetry, arts & crafts and theatre, and even featured a very young Nigel Kennedy.

The Festival has continued over the past thirty-five years, with a few short breaks, and with different organisations responsible for arranging the programme. It has always been a very important part of the town’s cultural life, and people come from year to year to take advantage of the very wide range of events that are on offer.

With over 300 events planned for this year, there will be something for everyone, so come to our beautiful town and join our St Ives September Festival celebrations – two weeks of great music, exhibitions, walks, talks, workshops, films, comedy, theatre, plays, stories and poetry.

The latest hang in St Ives is another original watercolour from Greg Hill. This one is a bird's eye view of the wharf with the mariner's chapel, St Nicholas' behind and above. Prints of this one also available both in the gallery and in the online shop in the next day or two.
